Cannot create category by User Control Panel

Hi,
I can't create category by User Control Panel. I do not get any error message when when I try creating a category by UCP.
User Control Panel: Enabled
Joomla: 2.5.9
PhocaGallery: 3.2.3

Hi, main category or subcategory? What happened after you will click on create category?

Main Category is created from backend. However, I can not create a sub-category from frotend (UCP). Nothing happens, no error message.

Hi, check if you have ownership for the category and you are logged in UCP
