What is the difference between published and authorized?

Please tell what is the meaning of two concepts: published and authorized images in PG. Or where can i read about this?

Hi, the difference is, in frontend user can publish/unpublish images but they cannot authorize - means, if you need as administrator to review the image before displaying, you just enable authorization function.

While publihsing user decides about publishing, while authorizing the administrator decides about publishing.
