Control panel page title does not displayed properly

Hi,

On Phoca gallery control panel page (administrator).
I am getting "COM_PHOCAGALLERY_PG_CONTROL_PANEL" as a heading instead of "Phoca Gallery Control Panel".
Same way all the menu title having same problem for e.x. "COM_PHOCAGALLERY_CONTROL_PANEL" instead of "Control Panel", "COM_PHOCAGALLERY_IMAGES" instead of "Images" etc.
Also facing same issue in grid view.

Can you please help me out? I am using version 3.1.1.
