How to set a user upload right for a specific group !!

@ front end upload, publish and delete user rights for joomla specific group, i need to let a group to be responsible for the whole gallery... and i can't select them one by one, I have many users...
how to set a user group to be allowed to upload... ???

Hi, for now, there is no such option, upload and delete is made for single users as in 99% of the cases, only one user is managing own category (I am preparing some new rules for next versions)

or a quick fix enables me to select more than one owner for each category!!?

Hi, owner can be only one, you can set different rights for many users or groups but the owner can be only one. Try to see similar posts in this forum where this is explained why this works this way.

In category, all groups who have rights to upload to the category can upload images.

For now I don't know any quick modification or any large modification to make ownership for whole group or for more users

Hi, I'm looking for exact that feature, to set upload-rights for categories to a specific user-group ?
In the current Release 3.06 I can only choose "All Registered Members", but no Group.

The last entry was Oct last year.
Do you implement this Feature in a future release ?
Or is it possible to change some files to get this feature available ?

Hi, it is in feature request but I still didn't find time for this.

Yes, some files needs to be modified, but unfortunately I didn't take a look at it to know which exactly, the problem with programming is, you need to do it to know so I for now really cannot say which parts should be modified
