Phoca Gallery in English shows button in German

I've installed Phoca Gallery in English and the corresponding German translation. Everything is ok except that the button "Durchsuchen" to search files for upload is shown in German. The same happens with Phoca Download
Any idea? does it depends on the System? I mean, I have a German OS.

Hi, it depends on which plugin you are using for the search, if you have installed some search plugin, you need to install its translation too.

I'm using de-DE.plg_search_phocadownload_25.zip and de-DE.plg_search_phocagallery_2.5.zip but the button "durchsuchen" is still in german...

Hi, it is possible that the "durchsuchen" is main string from Joomla! - check if your Joomla! basic strings are correctly set

Hi, I think, this is more a question on joomla.org forum:

the basic langauge you will find in language/en-GB or in administrator/language/en-GB folders. See your administration - language settings, if there is set the basic English language.
