Descriptions in Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin

Hi! I'm using Joomla 1.5 and have a nice slideshow using:

{pgslideshow id=173|width=600|delay=5000|image=L|desc=allways

But the description isn't displaying. I tried the other options (ondemand | peekaboo) but still no descriptions. All images in category 173 have descriptions. Is there anything else I should do?

Hi, the slideshow in 1.5 does not know to display description , this can be done since Joomla! 1.6

I am working with Joomla 2.5.9 and Phoca Gallery Slideshow 3.2.0, also the most recent versions, but the description isn't displaying. I have set "desc=allways".
Can you please help me?
