Where i can get the Fan Page ID ? I found without success.

The Fan Page Id is related to the application or the facebook user ?

I had the same problem, and i fix it.
Don't forget to set the fan page ID in the "Facebook User settings"

I solved the problem and now explain:
the problem is related to the visibility of the album themselves, they must be visible to everyone, even for those who do not have a facebook profile. I tried using the albums on a facebook page that is visible without logging in facebook and it worked. The fan page id is the number which is classified each user or page, to get it you can use https://graph.facebook.com/name, where name is the name you use to access directly to your profile or page, and that appears in the page you are looking id. After, copy and paste in phoca and you should fix all!

This is my personal experience, I hope I was helpful.

Same problem.
What I see is that my albums are public but album list remain empty.

Well, you do need to have a (fan or company) page in FB. Just a personal account didn't work for me either. After creating one, look for the ID as explained by kurox:

Hi, I've newly installed this component on a new joomla 2.5 install.

Download and install was great, but as here, when I got to the point in the instructions where you select the Facebook folders I don't get any in the pop up window. I tried a few times with nothing, then as have a business page I entered the Page ID, AS WELL as my personal profile details and this time the albums in my PAGE were visible but still no view of my personal profile albums.

Also, is it correct that to be able to see albums and photos of them when it DOES work, they have to be set as public in Facebook? If this is the case, why bother with authentication and creating apps??

Hi, for this you need to ask facebook developers, why they created FB apps and php IDE for loading images such was as it is

If you get blank page - first check your application, then try to enable php error reporting to see if you get there some php error message

Seems to be a new change with the facebook lib. I`m using the latest Joomla and also the latest gallery on a clean installation and have the same problem. anybody with a good idea??
