I just built a site for a client. The site was gettign over 500,000 requests a day when launched, so to lower the server load I turned on the phoca cahce. In doing so I noticed the following for example:
http://mysite.com/index.php/members/category/27 is the link to the gallery for members only, and a registered member then goes to that page, it is created in the cache.
Then lets say that the tour phots are on this url and are public.
http://mysite.com/index.php/tour/category/12
If a non member then, being smart, puts this url in their browser
http://mysite.com/index.php/tour/category/27, replaicing catagory 12 wich is ublic with category 27 which is registered cotnent, the page is delivered with the reigstered access level content when the user is nto logged in.
Turning off the phoca cache, the problem stops.
Is there a solution for this?
Thanks
Jake

Re: Access levels Ignored with Phoca Cache turned on
Hi, I think the only solution is turn off the cache, the cache is not running by Phoca but by Joomla! so this is maybe some problem there (anyway, the cache can be really problematic there, really don't understand why somebody cares about cache on php level, this should do the server e.g. and not the script
)
