ALT Tag for Picasa Images

I've searched the forum but can't seem to find the answer.

I use Picasa to store my images with Phoca gallery and it works great. When I see the the image in Control Panel->Images which field does the ALT tag come from. I'm a bit confused. Still 3 years from 60 I should be !!
