upload failed error 404

Hi, i search in this forum something to help me but I don't found it.
I install, after reading installation document, phocagallery (last realese). I install plug-in and so on. I turned Off Seo. When I do a upload, there is a failed error 404. What can I do?
Help me plaese.

Did you create some link, e.g. link to Phoca Gallery Categories View or to Phoca Gallery Category View (selecting the gallery from the list in parameters)

Hi, it seems like your site has problems with url creating (e.g. url creating to images), so maybe there will be the problem...

which version of php do you run?

so I think the problem can be some permission (the phocagallery folder, maybe tmp folder) but no idea what other problem it can be ???
