Bug in Gallery 4.0alpha2 - Creating Menu items for Phoca

System: Joomla 3.02, PHP 5.3.17, Windows NT SERVER 6.1.

I am not able to create menu items menutype:
a) List of Images (Category View) and
b) Cooliris 3D Wall.

After selecting one of those two I am getting an almost empty/white screen with only a few items, not formatted and not usable at all.
I cannot select a category etc.
