Phoca 3.2.1/ 3.2.2 Installation Errors

I am encountering the following errors. Has anyone come up with a fix for this yet?


Warning: mysqli_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, boolean given in mysqli.php on line 263

I read the troubleshooting guide. I dont know where to get the SQL files that are refenced...Help needs help
