Re: Multi upload : Flash not installed
Hi,
a) did you test to change the upload method (flash, html5, ...)
b) did you see the javascript error console in your browser (e.g. if some javascript error is rendered before the script, it will not run)
c) were there any changes on your server or in your Joomla! ?

Re: Multi upload : Flash not installed
The same thing. When uploading some pictures one by one the "loading" logo inside browser tab doesn't stop to roll.
Also when I delete some categories and page has been refreshed - I don't see any control buttons. Must logout and login.
Then UI of browser freezes. The majority of controls doesn't work. Must restart it...
Something wrong with Java or Flash...
Using 17 Firefox

Re: Multi upload : Flash not installed
I had some problems with multi-upload (though not that exact error). They were resolved by replacing the PLUpload installed by Phoca Gallery with the one at:
http://www.plupload.com/download.php

Re: Multi upload : Flash not installed
You may want to make a copy of the existing files within components/com_phocagallery/assets/plupload in case you need to revert.
Within the plupload archive, I copied the following files to components/com_phocagallery/assets/plupload/:
plupload/js/

Re: Multi upload : Flash not installed
Very strange things happens. Now I can't delete any categorie... I'm redirected to login page, after repeated login control buttons dissapear. Can't control gallery at all
P.S. Ha... Found a piece of problem. I'm using the Russian Control panel UI, when I changed to English I started receiving warning and error messages. Something very strange with translations...
With Firefox multiupload freezes, in IE works (except Java upload)

Re: Multi upload : Flash not installed
I had the same problem. I have installed another modul, in my case Freichat. Once I disable this module, the Flash Multiupload reappears.
BUT
In the Backend I can upload pics, but in the frontend I get an error COM_PHOCAGALERY_ERROR: Datei kann nicht hochgeladen werden.
Have someone an idea?
I use newest joomla and phoca gallery version
