How to make Subcategories like categories view

Hi Please help,
I want to make subcategories with title and description like main categories, i unable Category View Settings (Categories above Images) option but i can put only title - how i can put description below title same way like as in categories .

Hi, the description needs to be customized, so it needs to be added in the code for the "categories view in category view"
