phoca gallery installing problems

Hi,
I installed Phoca gallery on my website but not working properly.
I then deleted tables phoca gallery from the database and then I deleted the folders from com_phocagallery COMPONENTS (frontend) and COMPONENT (backend). At this point I tried to reinstall from Phoca gallery management extensions but unfortunately I do not anymore install gives me error.
What may be the result? how can I fix this?
I would not want any part of phoca gallery remains in the database (though I deleted all the tables in phoca gallery from the database).
I do not understand.

When I try to install phoca gallery from back end I get the following error message:

sorry but I do not speak very good English.
Now I try to explain my problem again.

I installed Phoca Gallery but did not work properly.
I had to uninstall Phoca Gallery.
To uninstall I followed a procedure that may not be correct (perhaps this is the cause of my problem ... maybe): I deleted that Phoca Gallery tables from the database in the web server (PhpMyAdmin) and then through FTP I deleted 2 folders "com_phocagallery" present in COMPONENT directory and in ADMINISTRATOR ----> COMPONENT directory but I can not install Phoca Gallery and I get the error message that I wrote above.

Hi, Phoca Gallery should be uninstalled by Joomla! itself (as the manager manage installation or uninstall) - if you have some problem with the uninstallation of components - try to see this:

Hi!
I reinstalled Phoca Gallery and I started to properly load the images. At first I uploaded about 10 photos well. Then suddenly as I try to upload a picture but the small window of phoca gallery where there is a button to load seems to me completely white so I can not upload anything.
