Missing Control Panel 2.5

I just updated my site to Joomla 2.5 and did an update to the guestbook. In 1.6 there was a control panel on the backend to adjust all of the parameters, but now there is no control panel. Where did it go? I can't seem to find any way to adjust any of the options or even view the posts. Any ideas? I must be doing something wrong because it looks like there are plenty of people using this with Joomla 2.5.

Hi, it is still the same, try to recheck your Joomla! installation, try to check if you have rights to manage it, etc.
