How to assign different categories to show ?

Hi There,

This is a great component and I really enjoy using this but I run into a slight problem and hope the experts here can help.

I have 2 Menu item which I would like to show the categories under
1) SWimming ( 5 categories)
2) Hiking (3 Categories)

Both have a different type of categories under them. How can I show only selected categories to the 2 different menu. All categories related to swimming should be under swimming menu and the same goes for Hiking.
