Add users for different albums

Hi, I'm new on this forum and i used the search to find a answer but couldn't find it.

I like to add 15 users to the gallery and each user has to have his own album. The user has to choose wich photo is going to be public and some photo's have to stay in a member area.

Therefore i like to create a group members, only those users assigned to this group can see these pictures and I like to display some of these photo's also on a public page.

Can i do this with this software and if so, how?
