How to publish a menu on a page

I've just installed the light version and will most likely purchase the pro version but first I would like to publish my menu on my website.

It's got my stumped how to publish it to an article/module.

I've searched all the plug-in's in the plug-in manager and couldn't find a plug-in component to turn on. Couldn't find the module when creating a new type of module. Can't find anyway to connect the menu to an article.

Would love it if someone would be able to help me out with this basic enquiry?

Hi, it is standard Joomla! component, so just go to menu manager and create new menu link to Phoca Restaurant Menu - select a type of menu.
