error at guestbook installation

i have a fresh joomla 2.5 installation and wanted to install the guestbook 2.0.5 but every time the link "http://****/administrator/index.php?option=com_phocaguestbook&controller=phocaguestbookinstall&task=install" will be activated get this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /**/administrator/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi, try to see errorLog on your server, maybe you will get some errors there, try to recheck your Joomla! installation, if it was correctly installed
