I just cant get watermark to work

Hi,

I tried everything. I read the documentation. I put watermark_large.png and watermark_medium.png in the root folder, in categories folder, everywhere - but there is no watermark. I am using Joomla 1.6 Please, help !

I enabled watermark creation. I just dont know how to get the watermarks on my pics.

I also regenerated tumbnails to see if thats not the problem -- but the watermark is still not there.

I am doing this step by step. Actually I did it three times. No watermark. I must be doing something wrong. But I am doing everything as it is explained. Should the images (watermark_large and watermark_medium) be with some exact size or ..? I put them in images/phoca, I put them in the categories themselves, I put them even in the thumbs directories - no effect.

the names should be: watermark-large.png and watermark-medium.png
minus (-) not underscore(_)

Man, can I be so stupid? I have done the files with underscore (_). Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Now - I see watermark on my thumbnails, but when the picture is clicked and zoomed there is no watermark. Should I delete the pictures and upload them again, so there is watermark also on the zoomed image? This will be a problem , cause I have thousands of images...

check it with one or two images.
Delete the large thumbnails, and create them with watermark in root folder once more. If you now can see the watermark in the large thumbs there is no other way then to do this with all images...

No - its not showing. Even I upload new images and it is not showing there. Is there no other way to watermark all the images when they are zoomed?

Actually - now I see that I have the watermark in my admin panel - when I click on images, but when zoomed on the site there is no watermark.
