Batch-Change of Accessrights of Pictures

I use:
Phocagallery 3.2.1 in German
Joomla 2.5.6 in German
PHP 5.3.10

When I try to change the Accesslevel of multiple pictures (with one Picture activated - the Error remains the same) I get the Error below.

If I got to the picture itself I'm not able to see a setting who is allowed to se the Picture.
Doe's this setting just exist on Category level?

Hi, thank you for this info, images do not have any access, so this will be removed.
