Categories in multilanguage

Hi, I need my categories in 4 languages. Do I then upload for each category in each language the pictures again? I use the Multilanguage-system from Joomla 2.5 and when I klick the Flaggs, the categories changed to the languages but the picture-content is the same. How can I make it easier?

Hi, I think yes, this works the same way like for articles - every article is new - for every language
