1. Empty category icon & 2. Avatar images

Hello everyone
I would like to ask you some things, about the options of Phoca photo gallery.

Question 1:
If an image category (for example a catagory with the title: "Category-01") doesn't include any image, but includes one or more (not empty) subcategories, in "categories view" (in front end) the icon of the category "Category-01", is displayed empty.
In previous versions of Phoca gallery (for joomla 1.5.x), a random image from its subcategories was displayed istead of an empty icon.
Is there anything I have to do in Phoca gallery options?, or it is something that we have to wait for a correction update ?

Question 2:
In my photo gallery, I would like some categories to be accessible only by a special group of my site members. When I say that these categories are only accessible by these group of members, the icon of these categories (in front view), appear empty.
In previous versions of Phoca gallery (for joomla 1.5.x), a random image from these categories or subcategories was displayed istead of an empty icon.
Is there anything I have to do in Phoca gallery options?, or it is something that we have to wait for a correction update ?

Question 3:
In Phoca Callery Option (In Categories View Settings), there is the option: "Display Avatar As Category Image".
Could you help me where i have to keep my avatar images and and where i have to declare the avatars images per category?

Hi,

1) Subcategory image will be displayed in case the parameter: "Categories Image Ordering" will be set to other than "special" value. The special value saves memory resources. All other methods display the images but it takes some memory as all the images in subcategories must be searched and checked for rights.

3) Avatar is standard image but stored in avatars folder - such can be uploaded in UCP:

Hi Jan

First of all thank you for your reply. I checked the value of the parameter you mention to me and it was ok. So, I thought that the problem was somewhere else.
I started to find the problem again from the beggining. I noticed that the problem ther was only at my first (root) categories. In my subcategories there were not any problem and the category icons were not empty.
I created a new one "root" category and I moved into this all my previous root categories. I saw then that there were not any problem with the caterories icons. I don't understand why.
So I created new ones and "moved" into these all the appropriate subcategories. There is not any problem now.
It may were a joomla error and not phoca's...
