Error Saving Guestbook

I apparently was successful installing the Guestbook. No obvious errors.

However, when I try to create a new guestbook, it returns the message: Error Saving Guestbook

There are no new tables in the database but there are 5 phoca line items in the jos_components table.

What can I do now to create guestbooks?

Did you enable debug mode and php error reporting to get info about possible error?
