Cannot save options - pop-up window ignore "save" button

Hi, people! Few days ago I have upgraded my Phoca Gallery from 3.12 to 3.21. Now I have such problem: when I click on "Settings" icon in gallery configuration window, there appears the pop-up window where I can change options. But after upgraiding in this pop-up window doesn't work "Save" and "Save and exit" buttons - when I am clicking on them, absolutely nothing happens. Re-upgraiding to 3.12 version didn't help.
My server doesn't use Suhosin and all the tables in my database are similar to ones in install.bak. Please Help.

WARNING The problem is solved: when I use the TinyMCE editor, the gallery works as it should. But when I use CodeMirror Editor or my favourite Editor Switcher, gallery doesn't save settings. So, if you have semilar problems - just select your default editor TinyMce (you can change it later, of course)
