IP blocking when sending images via java

My server is blocking my IP when I upload images via java, the server uses mod_security does the blocking. what is the solution to this problem?

Hi, if your server is blocking your IP, the only one method is to set that your server will not block it. No other solution, I think

I found a way to circumvent the blocking of the server they are using mod_security, something I do not know what is blocking my IP. An alternative way I found was the integration with Picasa, I climb the photos to Picasa and step into the phocagallery. If someone wants to help the most was the way I found.
