Problem with read more button

I tried to make a new article with 8 images in the Intro and after click on the Read More link it should show all other Pictures excepting the first 8 ... So i tried this:

But this doesn't work. If I click on the first 8 images to see slideshow, we saw only these images (1-8). When we click on the images started at >8, we saw all other images (9-23).
