I have installed this nice gallery, it really is an amazing effort. well i have few questions i hope you people will help me

1. I want when user click on image it should open in the same website interface instead of opening it in new window, is this thing possible?

2. How the user can have the choice of uploading images?

Hi,
1 - you can use switch/swap image effect to display image on the same site, or "no popup" method to display large image in the same window, see:

Ok thanks for your reply, well i have one more question i m using 1.7 version of joomla after enabling the rewrite rule the category URLs looks like this

site.com/wallpapers/a-dreamy-world/category/1-a-dreamy-world

i don't want that category text to repeat twice in URL how can i do that please help me.

Well Venerable Sir my point is still not clear, the link show how to replace the word category, but my issue is not that as described above can you please try opening [404 on that site] and check the link on one of the category please? Secondly while checking it from menu on the side bar it seems perfect as it is added from menu manager.

Please please help me on this.
