500 - An error has occurred

I have installed Phoca gallery for Joomla 2.5.6 com_phocagallery_v3.2.1.zip

500 - An error has occurred.
table 'mybase.suef_phocagallery_comments' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT ....

same thing for for most of the table when I click on the tabs in admin panel
if I look in the database no tables with phocagallery are created

when I try to create a category

Save failed with the following error: Category must have title

and of course there is a title a selected folder and so on ...

any idea what is wrong ?
