Multilevel category question

Hi,

I'm looking for a solution for the following issue... let me describe the situation, I hope it'd be easier to understand, what I'm looking for....

cat1:
cat1.subcat1: pic1
cat1.subcat1: pic2
cat1.subcat2: pic3
cat1.subcat3: pic4

So, I have some some main categories and each has subcategories. What I'd like to do, to create a menu for "cat1" category and clicking on that, the user should see pic1-4, so all the pics, which are in the sub-categories of cat1.

I hope I was clear enough.

Any idea, how to make it?

Hi, this needs to be customized in the code, there are some guides for doing this, but it can be dangerous because of overloading the server - in case all images must be loaded without category filtering.

atd... subcategory

And menu with:
Year1
Year2
atd..
Displaying subcategories

Hi, you can normally do the different menu link to different categories and category can have ulimited count level of subcategories.
