Translation messes categories view

Post by nmavro »

I want to translate a menu from greek to english. After translating the menu, pointing to categories view, my css is messed up. Categories view images fall on top of each other, fonts don't show as they should. This is quite a bug. I am using joomla 1.5.25 and phoca 2.7.8

I have not answered for some time. The CSS loads. The problem COULD be from the category name showing up from joomfish. I cannot find anything wrong with the css itself. It happens when the menu entry is translated and it happens only on the translated version

Hi, try try to recheck the menu link parameters in Joom!fish (menu link to gallery), see (at the bottom):

Firebug reports that element.style is not correct!.

Code: Select all

<div id="phocagallery">
<div class="phocagallery-box-file" style="height: 188px; width: 160px;">
<div class="phocagallery-box-file" style="height:188px; width:160px;">
<div style="clear:both"></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
This div does not have the same values in first and second language

Did you recheck the settings for the menu link in Joom!fish?

Hi, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla

at the bottom, joomfish menu link has the same parameters as menu link in Joomla! or Parameters of the component, so maybe there can be problem.
