Authorization and trusted users

Greetings,
Is it possible to allow trusted users to upload images without authorization while requiring it for other user's uploads? Or is there any other way of achieving simmilar functionality?

Hi, for now you can enable or disable the authorization for all users but not for defined group, so this needs to be customized
