Menu link is not the same as the category link

Hi,

I use the Joomla 2.5 and PhocaGallery 3.1.5. I created the menu item for each phoca category. The link of the menu item has no problem:

http://site.com/photo/cars-photo

but the link of the category within the categories view has problem - it is appended by the word "category" followed by category ID and name:

http://site.com/photo/cars-photo/category/3-cars-photo

It results in the duplicated pages because the same page is accessible by two different links. I'd very appreciate if anybody give an advise how to remove that appendix "/category/3-cars-photo"?

Hi, this cannot be removed - because it is Id for the category, see similar posts in this forum, where it is explained.
