mod_phocagallery_image_v3.2.0 error..

I try to install mod_phocagallery_image_v3.2.0 and i give erros...and page codings shows wrong..like double utf8
I use joomla 2.5.4

my site details is

How this can be fixed..? I can't shows my site pics. Is there any other poca module whicts work joomla 2.5.4 and shows pic callery my site..?

Hi, is Phoca Gallery component installed?

Yes it is. Pocagallery is show on my componentlist, but when i try to klic it its shows 404 error..componet its not found..!? When i try look this component Extension Manager/manage i see this componet is ok (green)... but this components id is very big like --> 10014 Others id numbers is short..like 103.

Eny ideas..?

Yes it is. Its show backend when i look components. But when i try to klic this its shows 404 page not found. When i look backend section manage / Extension Manager: Manage Its shows (green)

I think..why tihis components id (10014) numeber is so big..is this the broblems..?
