Please notice my other comment, that the error only occurs in IMAGE galleries. If it's a gallery of Youtube videos, the error does NOT occur and the descriptions in the detail view are displayed correctly!Jan wrote:"show description in detail view" means, that content plugin will be accepted, so yes, this is known, that in description field this will happen (as description can accept content plugin) but still didn't find any other information which can indicate some problem there(all other plugins are Ok)

Re: PhocaGallery vs Sourcerer error
If it helps - I could provide full access via ssh to a website which has Sourcerer and PG installed...
I'm also fairly capable of doing some debugging if somebody tells me where to start

Re: PhocaGallery vs Sourcerer error
You need to find the right description area in the code and test if it includes code to accept content plugins - not all description areas includes behaviour to accept content plugins - like described in the article.

Re: PhocaGallery vs Sourcerer error
I'll try to look into that. Might take a bit - I'm not so deep inside of Joomla...
Should the description use content plugins at all? IIRC, you even strip the formats before displaying it. Removing the useage of content plug in from the descriptions could fix this problem and avoid a bunch of future ones.

Re: PhocaGallery vs Sourcerer error
I didn't find any solution yet. However, I ran into another problem.
I deactivated sourcerer for testing just to find an error message from the fbar plugin (http://www.buildweb.eu/index.php?option ... 81&lang=en).
It might really be a good idea to NOT let the description of images go through the content plugin chain...
Edit: The funny thing is - the error occurs on any picture but the first...

The collision with fbar can be avoided by using slimbox for displaying the single images.

Hi. I got this error too. I unpublished Sourcerer, installed Snippets and it works great.

Re: PhocaGallery vs Sourcerer error
I'm hoping to avoid using snippets in all my PHoca Gallery sites. But no matter what I do with the settings in JCE, or using No Editor even, Phoca Gallery strips the action attribute out of the form tag for my Paypal buttons. This is true in two different JOomla 2.5.7 sites with Phoca Gallery 3.2.1. If I use the Paypal button code in a Joomla article, it works. In Phoca Gallery, it breaks.
