Uploading without categories

Hi so i've researched this topic plenty but i cant get the answer i need. I want my users front end not to be able to create categories or upload to their own categories, only the one I've created. I have set no owner to the category and allowed registered users to upload to it. Front end they can upload without setting a category which is perfect, however the categories tab remains and when they go to the control panel they must select an upload category

Hi, then just use only upload in category view:
