description in image module

Is there any way that I get the description's intro of an image below it in the image module (where all the photos are displayed). Also I want to add some more fields which user fill while uploading the photo and display with the description in the front end, I know for this i have to write some code, but can anyone guide me to this.
Its very urgent.

Hi, yes, you right, this needs to be customized, but for now I cannot give there any clue advice as I didn't do such customization, and have no guide for this
