Fatal error:...on line 131 CB phoca gallery plugin

hello! I have a problem with CB phoca gallery plugin,conflict with community builder and this plugin make the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function setQuery() on a non-object in /membri/mysite/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbphocagallery/phoca.php on line 131

this is on community builder public user profile only when the phoca plugin is published .
please help me
