Mistake - install instead of upgrade.

Hi everybody,
I made a mistake. In my site http://www.pawelurbanczyk.pl about 2 years ago I instaled phoca questbook. I wanted to install it also on another site few minutes ago. But by mistake I instaled it on my site second time:/ (the new version)
The result is - I lost all items.
Is it possible to return to the previous version and get back the items?
Please give me some help.

ok, I found the thread here:

I undestand that when I installed Phoca Questbook one more time it means that:
new tables where created in database

So what? Should I use the SQL backup? Or mayby there`s another solution?
Please give me the answer.

Hi, yes, you should load the items manually to the tables from your backup.
