No categories or images are shown

I am working on a site, not yet live but hopefully soon.

I recently updated to J2.5 ( now 2.5.4) and also updated Phoca Gallery to the latest version.

I have a strange problem with showing the galleries, now when I enter the gallery nothing is shown. It loads PhocaGallery since the RSS-icon shows up and the "Powered by Phoca Gallery" footer is there.

The Phoca Gallery module works and shows images.

I get no errors reported from the system and Phoca Gallery in the backend works.

may be some incorrect settings. could you give access to the admin panel?

The settings hasn't changed since it was working...

And they all look OK to me.

If you look in the generated HTML, there is no hints of any category.

Well I founds the problem, the category structure had somehow changed. The all categories where in the root level and the menues required one of the categories as root for the others.

Now it is fixed.
