spam problem

Hello, we are a Gospel choir from The Netherlands and use a website based on Joomla with a Phoca guestbook.
We get almost daily spam from people out of Eurasia (eastern europe) in our guestbook.
How can we stop this? Is there some firewall to installon this website?
Please, who can help us.

Je kan er een capcha code in zetten, dan zal er een bende minder gespamt worden, dat beschermt tegen bots die dit rondsturen, ik hoop dat het lukt, anders laat je het maar horen
(for people with the same problem, maybe you can try tu use capcha, you'll have less spam!)
