Hey,
I've got a linux server at home with joomla and phoca gallery.
On my server, i've got a folder /home/public/pics/. And in here, several other folders.
Is there a way that when somebody puts a folder with pictures in here, that phoca builds automaticlly a 'photo album'?
So that we can upload pics by ftp/smb/nfs..., and that automaticlly we can see them in joomla/phoca gallery?
Auto galleries from folders?

For this, you'll need to add them manual, no?
I'm looking for a kind of auto detection.
That Phoca is 'scanning' a folder for newly added folders/pictures...

Hi, for now there is no such feature and this can be very problematic feature, now while automatically scanning for creating thumbnails, the system can take a lot of resources, no idea what it will do after it will detect files and folders on the server

Depends of course on the frequency you put on the scan.
Fe once a day/week/..., and a button for a manual scan could solve a lot....
