[SOLVED]"undelete" items?

Probably I'm not only a klutz working with the phoca Guestbook but also in finding information here.
Can you give me a hint where I can find a solution? Thanks.

Problem:
When removing spam entries I deleted ALL items, which was a bad mistake and not intended.
Is there a way to "undelete" the items?

Hi, if you have deleted some items, then the only way is to get them from your backup.
