Gallery "insert" button not responding?

Please help!! I am no expert with Joomla or phoca gallery so I appologise in advance for my lack of knowledge!

I am having trouble adding new photos to my gallery. I have followed the usual path of uploading my photos but when I come to hitting the "insert" button I get nothing. Its doesn't close the box, add anything to my category, or look like it is doing anything?

It has only just started doing this so I really don't know what if anything I have done to it?? Please help as I am baffled

Hi, check your Joomla! admin for javascript errors (see it in javascript error console), see similar posts in forum.
