Quotes inside captions

Hi, thanks for the great extension, very cool.
Issue: It looks like have a caption for a photo that has a word with "quotes" makes everything starting from the quotes not display. An example caption: This is a picture of an "issue" which I need to resolve. The caption will only show This is a picture of an... and nothing after that. Is there a workaround or fix? Thanks.
