Gallery Category conflict with right module

I'm using Joomla 1.7 and latest Phoca gallery component. everything is working fine if I set image gallery in front gallery page, please check http://www.pearlroyal.com.au/index.php/pearroyal-media. But I want to show gallery categories instead of one category images in front page. If I change to category folder, all the right module will move to underneath the categories. I tried to fix it, but no luck. Please help, thank you.
