hello!
i tried to install phoca gallery on joomla 1.5...didn't succed. I couldn't install anything on joomla 1.5, but it nothing worked, so i delete joomla1.5. Now, when i try to delete the components folders in the exjoomla root and administrator, i can't. And all that is in those directories is phoca gallery - related.
I can't change permissions, i can't do nothing.
Could anyone help me, please?

It depends on who was writing to the disc:
- If you uploaded the files via FTP - you can delete these files via FTP
- If some php script creates the file or modify it, you can delete it with some web file manager like extjoomla...

Yes this depends on your server settings, if the files have ftp ownership, maybe your script (other than ftp method) cannot access themso, i can't delete them with a ftp manager if they were not copied with a ftp manager?
