Save Options of Phoca Gallery

Hi all,
I've now created our new club site with Joomla 2.5.1. As with the last page under 1.5, I've installed the Phoca Gallery. Unfortunately, I get after save / save an close in the phoca gallery options to the options of the Control Center of Jooma. The changes where not be save. I found some articles about the problem, but they don't help. Do you have any ideas?

Hi Jan,
thanks for your help. Our problem is, that we can't change settings in the php.ini and our provider don't won't to do that Phoca Guestbook and Phoca Download works without any problems. Have you an other ideas. Is there a chance to change settings without this website?

Hi, there are no other ideas from my side . Phoca Gallery is large component with a lot of features (this is why it has so many parameters). It is in fact not possible to somehow cut some parameters (like e.g. you will use only a half of your Windows 7 because on your PC there is no space for whole Windows 7) ... the only one solution is to somehow change the protection on your server (really no other clue advices )

Hi Jan,
thanks for this information. Is there a chance to change this setting direct in the config.xml? I try to change something direct in this file and uploaded it via ftp. In the option gui i saw the old values...

Hi, you can remove there some options (in config.xml), but not sure how this will behave
