updating to 3.1.4 shadows reset

updating to 3.1.4 shadows reset
I updated from phoca gallery 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 and the shadows of the images from theme were reset to completely white. If now I try to create a new shadow, it looks like it's bigger, despite I insert the correct size. Something was changed in the new version?
